At Wool & Hide, every item is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Custom Orders
Custom-made moccasins are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded. Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at woolandhideworkshop@gmail.com. We'll work with you to make it right.
