Processing Time
Ready-to-ship items are typically mailed within 3–5 business days of your order.
Custom orders are handcrafted just for you and generally ship within the timeframe discussed at the time of purchase.
Shipping
Orders are shipped through trusted carriers, once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Delays
While every effort is made to ship orders promptly, Wool & Hide is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
